Prof Hua-Qiang DongFoshan Food Safety Society, Foshan University
Prof Dong is a Food Science Professor and the Vice dean of the College of Food Science and Engineering, Foshan University. In addition, Prof Dong is the Chairman of the Foshan Food Safety Society. In recent years, he has focused on research of food safety issues, especially on issues of food safety administration in today’s Chinese mainland.
